The sky was again overcast but the competitors in the KF-Junior final of the Winter Cup all had, however, chosen to go out on slicks. Behind the leader Logan Sargeant (FA Kart / Vortex), Christian Lundgaard (Tony Kart / Vortex) immediately took 2nd place, followed by Paavo Tonteri (Croc Promotion / TM). Sun Yue Yang (FA Kart / Vortex) dropped to 4th followed by Clement Novalak (Tony Kart / Vortex), Rasmus Lindh (Ricciardo / Parilla) and Bent Viscaal (Tony Kart / TM). Lundgaard took the lead on lap 4, immediately pulling out a nice gap to Sargeant. Charles Milesi (Tony Kart / Vortex) remained in a beautiful 8th place ahead of Felipe Drugovich (Kosmic / Vortex) and Lorenzo Colombo (Tony Kart / LKE). Tom Leuillet (BirelART / Parilla) had gained back 12 places to 20th.
Lundgaard continually improved his own fastest lap, running from 2 to 4 tenths faster than his opponents and he escaped a long way ahead. It was tight for 2nd place between Sargeant, Tonteri and Yue Yang. After crashing on the last lap of the prefinal, Jean-Baptiste Simmenauer (Tony Kart / Vortex) was able to reach 18th place before yielding three positions on the last lap. Lundgaard brilliantly won by 5.2w ahead of Sargeant and Tonteri, with Yue Yang 4th and Novalak 5th. Milesi finished 13th, Leuillet 18th, and Simmenauer 21st.
