As a popular competition par excellence, the Sodi W Series brings together drivers from all walks of life. The presence of great champions such as Luc Alphand and Sébastien Ogier at the starting line is proof of the growing popularity and diversity of the series.
Open to everyone who loves karting and thrills, the SWS is pushing the envelope a little further each day by welcoming more and more drivers and making amateur racing available to all. Among the drivers regularly lined up at the start, there are well known names in karting such as Anthony Abbasse, multiple champion of France, and Alban Varutti. And other major racing figures recently joined the SWS at the Racing Kart de Cormeilles track for a 24-hour event.
Luc Alphand was one of the stars who participated in the race. Former winner of the downhill skiing World Cup and the Dakar Rally, Luc participated in the RKC 24-hours on May 1st. Sébastien Ogier, Junior WRC Champion and currently a driver on the FFSA Rallye French Team for Citroën, also participated in the event.
