There was a warm atmosphere under the KZ2 helmets: Thomas Mich on pole, who tried to resist Roberto Toninelli who went wide and Marco Ardigo who took advantage and took the lead. Jack Hawksworth had his turn in the first position before he went off on a slippery track and Enzo Zeferini retained the fourth place for a long time before handing over to Bas Lammers. Mich dropped back and eventually finished 20th. The battle raged for the top three. Ardigo won before Hawksworth and Toninelli
Norman Nato was positioned at the front of his heat while Lavanant, Dreezen and Hanssen competed for the second place. Nato fell off in the middle of the circuit, then Hansson at the same corner before Dreezen lost ground. Jonathan Thonon went from fifth to first place, followed by Lavanant and Nole. Thonon made a small mistake places, but he came back to win the race.
IN KF3, further adventures were expected and we were not disappointed. Maisano span at the first righthander, unintentionally causing a jam of kart behind him. Ceccon took the lead ahead off Grenhagen and Wolf, Anttila came back to the lead, with Grenhagen and Maisano making strong returns to second and third place. Grenhagen challenged Ceccon for third place.
Finally, a semblance of sunshine returned for the last qualifying heat. Nicolaj Moller Madsen on pole retained the lead after the start, followed by Lorenzo Camplese. It was behind them that the battle was played out. Sainz, in 12th, gradually gained ground. Michelle Gatting was back at high speed. Henri Rajala clung to third place. Starting from the sixth row, Nyck De Vries finally reached the ninth place, just behind Sainz. Gatting was fifth and Vainio sixth.
