A storm on Lake Garda has been blowing a wind of madness on the track at Lonato for the last KF3 heats. The day has not been calm for the junior drivers, often fighting on the track, and ten-second penalties have been generously distributed by the officials.
Brandon Maisano has emerged as the logical favourite, in view of his performance and race strategy. Kevin Ceccon has also worked hard today and MIchelle Gatting has shown great fighting spirit. D’Agosto, Coleselli, Barrabeig, Zimin, Ghirelli, Sorensen and Agostini are names to remember for future events.
Nyck De Vries has not been at the front and has had a difficult afternoon. He has been held up and even pushed off the track, as the young Dutchman has often been regarded as an opponent to beat at any cost.
Tomorrow is another day, with four races still to run and a undoubtedly different weather situation.
