Arnaud Kozlinski headed the field in his group with 52.029, ahead of Marco Ardigo with 52.188 and Ken Allemann with 52.275 set right at the end of the session. Benjamin Bailly was back to his best in fifth ahead of Thomas Mich in sixth. Alban Varutti was seventh, Norman Nato eighth, Mathias Gallepe ninth and Enzo Zefirini 10th. Armand Convers only set the 16th fastest time.
In the other group, there was a struggle between the two CRGs of Jonathan Thonon and Alessandro Manetti. The Italian finally took the advantage with an incredible 51.831 with Jonathan taking second for a 100% CRG front row. Yannick Savard, also at CRG, was in third ahead of Anthony Abbasse, Matias Laine and Brice De Gaye.
