Mariembourg is an extremely important event for the season and Vortex teams, first of all the Tony Kart Racing Team, will be “the teams to be beaten”.
Giovanni Corona – Vortex s.r.l. President expresses his point of view about this part of the season:
“Concerning our engines it is clear that we are working hard in order to find new technical solutions and we will keep on developing the engines in this phase of the season, as we have always done. We don’t have to forget that this is the most important phase of the year.”
Giacomo Aliprandi – Team Manager, Tony Kart Racing Team:
“Of course, in comparison with last year, the rivals have improved their performances and now the fight is hard, but the Vortex engines are always great and allow us to reach high levels.
We know that our rivals are working hard too and the whole Tony Kart Racing Team has worked together with Vortex since the first months of the year in order to obtain a good technical basis.
The collaboration between chassis manufacturer and engines manufacturer has always been our strength.”
Olivier Marechal – Team Manager – Kosmic Kart Team:
“I’m very satisfied with the results that we gained at the beginning of the season, we worked hard on the set-up and engine solutions, we have found a good speed, the material is great, both chassis and engine. I hope that the results in KF1 will be more constant. We have the technical and human potential to be always on top.”
Paul Spencer – Manager – Tony Kart Junior Team
“I’m quite satisfied with the first part of the season, the Junior Team seems to be complete, but we have to keep on working. Camponeschi didn’t race for some months but now he came back and now he is doing beautiful races in KF2.”
