The duel at the top in KZ2 is between Alessandro Manetti (AM / TM) and Manu Renaudie (Gillard / SGM). The Italian led the Frenchman to a win, but we feel that they will be the strong men in the final stages on Sunday. However, the Briton Jack Hawksworth (Energy / TM) could mediate the debates as he was able to stay close to the lead.
Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) managed to gain ground in the heats and moved into 6th in the intermediate standings, just ahead of Michael Ryall (Topkart / TM). Alban Varutti (Sodi / SGM) was 10th and Eric Ramon (Sodi / TM) 12th, who also showed good potential. The Mirage of Thomas Letailleur ranked 15th, and Alexandre Arrue on the Mac Minarelli 18th, while William Benedetti was with the Spanish team Jamkart on a CRG for his first time in KZ: he was 24th. 14 drivers will compete in the repechage.
