Fastest in timed practice, Super Pole, and now pre-final and final, Sébastien Bailly been on top throughout this Saturday at Mariembourg. In the last race he dominated from start to finish, resisting Clement Bluy’s overheated recovery. Guillaume De Ridder had held second place for 10 laps, but eventually the Bluy dislodged and disposed of him as well as Damien Dupont.
Brandon Maisano was obviously not able to fight and remained stuck in 15th place and eventually retired. Loïc Reguillon was forced to move outside at the 1st corner and lost places. He came back to 5th position brilliantly by lap 12 but soon retired. He might just be consoled with the fastest lap. The leaders of the championship were not on the ball in this race.
Paul-Loup Chatin fought to retain his 6th place, but Maxime Bornert stole it off him on the last lap. The final victory went to Bailly ahead of Bluy and Dupont.
