During the fifth 2009 WSK event at Salbris, Luca De Donno brought together key partners in the competition to present the outline of the WSK in 2010. Like a rocket with three stages, the International Series will be broken down into 3 levels, about 11 events in total throughout the world.
The WSK Light – Presented as a gateway to international competition, it will include 3 races in Italy from late August through October 2010 for KZ2, KF2, KF3 and Mini 60. Logically Super KF is excluded, as are drivers with an international A license.
The WSK Euro Series – the new name for the WSK that we already know. Five rounds on the Old Continent, from March to June for Super KF, KZ2, KF2 and KF3.
Finally, the big novelty will be the World Series WSK , racing on 3 continents from July to October 2010 for Super KF, KZ2, KF2 and KF3. The launch of the first stage of the WSK rocket will be in Portugal at the Portimao circuit, together with the WTCC, in order to benefit from the audience and the media coverage of the car championship. An event is expected in Asia (Macau?) and another in the United States, in New Jersey.
