Regardless of whether it was Super Pro, KF2 or Tag Junior (the local KF3), the Sodi Racing Team confirmed at the Las Vegas Supernationals the excellent form of Sodi chassis at international level.
Pierre Gasly was third in TaG Junior with the best race lap, and victory was within his reach. In KF2, the Loïc Réguillon / Alex Baron duo entered the top 10, though the delayed arrival of their chassis interfered with equipment setup. Baron also showed he excellently fits in with his new category and his new team.
In the top category, the Super Pro, Anthony Abbasse proved to be the only karter capable of rivalling with drivers equipped with Tec-Sav engines: an inspiration. Carving his way back after his engine broke in one heat, Anthony battled against the leaders but had to stop after a collision, just when the finish line was in sight.
Given Sodi Team‘s overall performance, there’s no doubt that the 2010 season will start under the best auspices.
