The 36 finalists for the French National Championship were ready to do battle with Anthony Fotia (Intrepid) and Anthoine Nectoux (FA Kart) on the front row. Provisional classification, the battle will involve Nectoux and Brion, with an possibility for Fotia. At the lights Thomas Laurent (Tony Kart) tried to take second position, but in vain. Fotia was ahead of Nectoux and Laurent in 3rd, Harald Creton (Tony Kart) 4th, Roman Bonetto (Tony Kart) fifth and Lucas Brion (Kosmic) 6th. Creton, the fastest at that time, passed Laurent for third place. Fotia kept up the pace with a very slight lead over Nectoux who was resisting Creton for the moment. The process repeated itself without significant change.
At halfway Fotia was a strong leader with a 0.376” from Nectoux while the threatening Creton could soon cause a major battle for the Championship. Creton successfully attacked on the 12th lap and passed for second. Feeling the pressure, Fotia could not fall asleep at the front and set the fastest lap, but on the following lap Creton replied narrowing the gap with the leader at the rate of two tenths per lap. Norman took the lead in the 17th of 21 laps and immediately got a few steps ahead.
The victory went to the driver from RM Concept, Harald Creton, who set the fastest lap ahead of Anthony Fotia and Antoine Nectoux and should win the title, since Lucas Brion finished only seventh. The fourth position went to Thomas Laurent, ahead of Roman Bonetto and Alexis Coursault.
