Leclerc went to 5th. Chaves, the fastest on the track, returned to Pagano, less than half a second behind on the 18th lap. Chaves took the lead on lap 20. In third, Spaulding was 1.8s from the leader, Leclerc returned to 4th position by 3.1”. Pagano tried everything to take control on the last lap, but the Colombian Chaves won the race and its $ 2,000 prize from Pagano, who would have to settle for $ 1,000. Spaulding finished third from Leclerc, Ruscitti in 5th, Jens in 6th, Wehrheim 7th, Guazzaroni eighth, and Craig Hargrove 9th.
