There was an exciting battle between Daniel Ticktum (Zanardi / Parilla) and Leonardo Lorandi (Tony Kart / TM) at the start of prefinal A in KF-Junior, but Max Fewtrell (FA Kart / Vortex) returned to 3rd position ahead of Anton Haaga (Lenzo / LKE ) and Lorenzo Travisanutto (PCR / Parilla). Lorandi dropped to 8th in the fighting, then Fewtrell took the early lead from Ticktum. James Pull (Tony Kart / Vortex) made a comeback into the top 10. Juan Correa (Energy / TM) moved up to fifth, followed closely by Lorandi. Alex (DR / TM) and Lorandi fought for 5th place. Fewtrell flew to victory while Ticktum was hounded by Haaga and Travisanutto. The Swedish driver Anton Haaga stood out simply by giving a good fight sandwiched between two better known drivers. He pulled it off when Ticktum went wide at the chicane.
Fewtrell took the win, Haaga was 2nd, Travisanutto 3rd, Alex 4th, Ticktum 5th, Lorandi 6th and Pull 7th.
