The rain had stopped and the track was a little slippery when the KFJs fired up to go out for the first Prefinal. Enaam Ahmed (FA Kart / Vortex) was ahead followed by Jules Bollier (Kosmic / Parilla) who very combative on his wheels, but was soon replaced in second position by Sergey Travnikov (DR / TM) and Isac Valtonen (Kosmic / Vortex). Ahmed lost the lead to the benefit of Travnikov and Valtonen. But then he fell to 7th, while Anton Haaga (Kosmic / LKE) took fourth, then Alex Quinn (CRG / TM) was 5th ahead of Kush Maini (Exprit / Vortex). There was a big rise for Tom Leuillet (Birel / TM) who was in the top 10 after starting from 33rd position. Bollier had to yield to Haaga, Quinn and Maini. Noah Milell (Exprit / Vortex), Logan Sargeant (FA Kart / Vortex), Paavo Tonteri (ART GP / TM) and Ulysses De Pauw (ART GP / TM) were among the drivers who had paid the highest price early in the race.
Ahmed took the lead at the halfway point and immediately got away impressively. It must be said that the gaps were increasing at the approach to the finish and the positions were frozen at the top of the table. Ahmed easily won the race ahead of an outsider, Travnikov, then Haaga 3rd, Quinn 4th, Maini 5th, Bollier 6th and the incredible Tom Leuillet in seventh after gaining 26 places, followed by Carrara who was also going very well, Della Coletta 9th and Novalak 10th .
