The track conditions have gradually improved with the return of good weather and the end of the afternoon looks dry and sunny.
H7 AD: a first for Loubère
The track was still very wet for the first run of the afternoon. Pierre Loubère (Sodi / TM) quickly took control and resisted with great confidence against Benjamin Tornqvist (CRG / TM) who was up from 14th position. Felice Tiene (CRG / Maxter) has had more success by finishing 3rd ahead of Luca Tilloca (DR / Modena). Nicolas Gonzales (Sodi / TM) was not enough on the pace to keep up with Antoine Poulain (Sodi / TM) and Emilien Carde (Kosmic / Vortex).
H8 BF: Fiault wins masterfully
Pedro Hiltbrand (CRG / Maxter) was unable to maintain his lead for long on a drying track. Charles Fiault (Sodi / Parilla) rapidly rose to the lead against Marijn Kremers (BirelART / Parilla) and Alberto Cavalieri (Righetti / Modena). Fiault moved to 4.7 ” ahead of Kremers, after a rise of nine places, Alexander Schmitz (Tony Kart / Vortex) finished 3rd, Corberi Luca 4th, Thomas Laurent (Tony Kart / Vortex) 6th and Hlitbrand 8th.
H9 EC: Habulin thewinner
Jorge Pescador (Praga / Parilla) led much of the race on a completely dry track by the end. But Kristijan Habulin (TB Kart / Modena) managed to win despite the pressing return of Tom Josef Lorkowski (Righetti / Modena) and Sean Babington (Energy / TM), Pescador having to settle for 4th position. Kevin Breysse (Evokart / Parilla) came back to 9th and Paolo Besancenez (Tony Kart / Vortex) 15th.
H10 AF: A second for Laurent
After a great duel, Thomas Laurent (Tony Kart / Vortex) won by 4/10 against Nicolas Gonzales (Sodi / TM), who set the fastest lap. The two French drivers had outdistanced their opponents with Philipp Hall finishing 3rd by nearly 2″ ahead of Alberto Cavalieri (Righetti / Modena) while Charles Fiault (Sodi / Parilla) took 5th place and Enzo Guibbert (Tony Kart / Parilla) 6th in front of Martijn Van Leeuwen (CRG / TM).
H11 DE: Pescador lands his blow
The victory for Jorge Pescador (Praga / Parilla) didn’t have much suspense unlike the fight for 2nd position between Felice Tiene (CRG / Maxter) and Pierr Loubère (Sodi / TM) which ended in favour of the Frenchman. Joel Johansson (Energy / TM) broke into the top 10, while Emilien Carde (Kosmic / Vortex) took 12th place and Paolo Besancenez (Tony Kart / Vortex) 15th behind Andreas Fasberg (Tony Kart / Vortex).
H12 BC: And three for Hiltbrand
The race was decapitated by early retirements for Luca Corberi (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Simone Brenna (TB Kart / Modena) and the fall of Sean Babington (Energy / TM). The early leader, Marijn Kremers (BirelART / Parilla) was powerless against the return of Pedro Hiltbrand (CRG / Maxter) who won for the third time at the chequered flag, followed by Alessio Piccini (Tony Kart / Vortex), Tom Josef Lorkowski (Righetti / Modena) in 3rd position and Alexander Schmitz (Tony Kart / Vortex). Alexandre Arrue (Praga / TM) succeeded in 8th place, his best result.
