The use of their new tyres by some drivers changed the game a little in the last three Qualifying Heats of the European Championship OK at Ampfing. Felix Arnold (Tony Kart / Vortex) won the E-F heat ahead of Axel Saarniala (Kosmic / Vortex). Andrea Rosso (CRG / TM) finished 3rd and Roman Stanek (Kosmic / Vortex) 4th. Franck Chappard (Redspeed / Parilla) was 5th, but Jules Mettetal (Redspeed / Parilla) was down to 20th.
Nicklas Nielsen (Tony Kart / Vortex) was finally successful in the C-D heat, ahead of Zane Maloney (FA Kart / Vortex). Vincent Fraïsse (Birel ART / TM) was pleased to finish 3rd after a great start and several passes. Harry Thompson (FA Kart / Vortex) lost ground in the middle of the battle and finished 7th ahead of Pedro Hiltbrand (CRG / TM). Evan Spenle (Kosmic / Parilla) was 14th, Noah Milell (Tony Kart / Vortex) 22nd after a penalty.
Hannes Janker (KR / Parilla) scored another victory, his fifth, in the last A-B heat, but Marius Zug (KR / Parilla) was not far behind in 2nd place ahead of Lorenzo Travisanutto (KR / Parilla). David Vidales (Tony Kart / Vortex) was 5th, ahead of Dexter Patterson (Exprit / TM), while Callum Bradshaw (CRG / TM) retired with a mechanical problem.
Janker finished as leader with a blank score, Travisanutto and Valtanen followed in the top three, and the RFM boys Maloney and Thompson completed the top five. Stanek was 7th, Vidales 9th and Hiltbrand 13th. Fraïsse qualified 31st and Spenle 33rd.
