Under the famous Sarthe sun, the Final of the European OK Championship was preparing to dedicate the new Champion in an uncertain battle between Lorenzo Travisanutto (KR / Iame) and Dexter Patterson (KR / Iame), who was slightly behind. Gabriele Mini’ (Parolin / TM) was ready to mediate the debate. Kobe Pauwels (KR / Iame) and Travisanutto shared the front row ahead of Kirill Smal (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Mini’. Smal immediately took the lead over Pauwels in front of Kas Haverkort (CRG / Iame). The Dutchman then took the lead, Mini’ came back to 4th in front of Travisanutto. Patterson fell to 25th after a collision on the third lap and retired. Smal took the lead in front of Haverkort, Mini’ took 2nd and was in the lead when Smal seized his engine. Luigi Coluccio (Birel ART / TM) was in 3rd place 8 tenths ahead of Travisanutto. Joseph Turney (Tony Kart / Vortex) overtook the World Champion on lap 8 lap to take 4th position. Taylor Barnard (KR / Iame) was the fastest on the track and took 5th place at the halfway mark. Mini’ increased his lead as his pursuers tore each other apart. Now 2nd, Turney was followed by Coluccio, Haverkort was 4th by 9 tenths. Mini’ won the race almost a second ahead of Turney. Barnard attacked Coluccio on the penultimate lap, the Italian responded shortly before the finish, but went into a spin. Travisanutto recovered 3rd position in front of Barnard and Beganovic. The title went to Travisanutto in front of Mini’ and Patterson.
