Thanks to his two victories, Paul Louveau (FRA – Redspeed – DSS) took the lead in the DD2 Masters category of the Rotax MAX International Trophy in Le Mans. Pole-sitter Denis Thum (CYP – Tony Kart) was forced to retire in Heat 1 and eventually dropped to 8th place in the standings despite his victory in Heat 3. Vivien Cussac-Picot (FRA – Tony Kart – NPS) kept his 2nd place against Carl Cleirbaut (BEL – Exprit – KMD). Romain Mangé (FRA – Tony Kart) was 4th and Slawomir Muranski ( POL – Kosmic) 5th. Rudy Champion (FRA – Kosmic) was the victim of an incident during the last race and finished 10th behind Tamsin Germain (GBR – Exprit – DG Racing).
