The even-numbered Junior MAX group of the RMCGF in Bahrain proved to be much faster than the odd-numbered group. Latvian driver Tomass Stolcermanis took pole position in 51”175, almost 4 tenths faster than Belgian Kai Rillaerts, leader of the odd group. 2nd even, Harry Linden (GBR) followed the poleman by 5 hundredths. Joep Breedveld (NLD), Mark Koziaev (RUS) and Matej Konik (SVK) completed the top five. Pacôme Weisenburger was the first French driver in 7th position, Téo Blin (FRA) was in the top 10, Elio Saintpaul (FRA) finished 26th, Antoine Broggio (FRA) 52nd and Paul Alberto (FRA) 54th.
