The track of La Conca was constantly slippery to varying degrees during the OK-Junior Qualifying Heats of the third round of the WSK Super Master Series. There were numerous run-offs and the ranking has changed since the Qualifying Heats.
Douwe Dedecker (KR/Iame) took the lead ahead of René Lammers (Parolin/TM) who moved up 10 places, while Kirill Dzitiev (Tony Kart/Vortex) finished 3rd followed by Oleksander Bondarev (LN/Vortex). Tigran Bunatyan (Tony Kart/Vortex), who was very comfortable, moved up from 38th to 5th place, ahead of Griffin Peebles (Tony Kart/Vortex) and Nathan Tye (Sodi/TM) +6 places, while Kirill Kutskov (Birel ART/TM) kept his 8th position. Maxens Verbrugge (Exprit/TM) was very fast and crossed the finish line twice as winner. However, he was punished in a surprising way in his last race: instead of taking 10 seconds for unintentionally pushing a driver, he was given a 10-place penalty and ended up 9th instead of 2nd after a 22-place climb. He was the only driver to suffer such a measure. Anatoly Khavalkin (Parolin/TM) lost the benefit of a strong run when he retired in the last heat and was 12th. Jimmy Helias (Tony Kart/Vortex) came back from 25th to 14th position, Andy Consani (Sodi/TM) dropped to 46th, not helped by a DNS in the first heat.
