53 OK drivers took part in the WSK Final Cup in Franciacorta. The thermometer did not exceed 6 degrees during Qualifying Practice.
Session 1: Saleh – 46″998
Zac Drummond (Parolin/TM) was fastest on the third lap ahead of Luwviwe Sambudla (KR/Iame). Ean Eyckmans (Birel ART/TM) then took the lead. Drummond improved until the sixth lap, but Taym Saleh (KR/Iame) finished 1st in 46″898, 3 thousandths ahead of Xavier Aramides (KR/Iame). Vivek Kanthan (Parolin/TM) secured 3rd place ahead of Drummond and Eyckmans, then Andrea Dupé (KR/Iame) 6th.
Session 2: Matveev – 46″549
Dmitry Matveev (KR/Iame) was already showing his ambitions on the second lap. Sebastiano Pavan (Tony Kart/Vortex) was ahead of him on the third lap, with David Walther (Tony Kart/Vortex) returning to the leading group. Matveev took pole position in 46″549 on lap 5, 9 hundredths ahead of Pavan. Thibaut Ramaekers (KR/Iame) was 3rd, Oleksandr Bondarev (KR/Iame) 4th and Luigi Coluccio (Tony Kart/Vortex) 5th.
