Prefinal A: Jungling ahead of Dussol
Joshua Graham (GBR) took the lead on the second lap, Beau Lowette (BEL) followed him on the third lap, then Timo Jungling (GBR), while Mika van de Pavert (NLD) was back in 3rd and Thomas Bearman (GBR) 7th. Lu You-De (JPN) dropped back to 10th, Kacper Schormans (NLD) was back up to 4th and Tom Dussol (FRA) 5th, before both moving up to 2nd and 3rd on lap 7. Positions varied with each lap in a compact field. Jungling held on to the lead with a growing advantage. Dussol was 2nd with two laps to go, followed by Bearman and Graham. Olivier Jonckers (BEL) was 5th. Jungling took a fine victory 4 tenths ahead of Dussol, with Bearman 3rd, Graham 4th and Jonckers 5th.
Prefinal B: Comyn wins ahead of Pradier
Louis Comyn (FRA) led ahead of Thomas Pradier (FRA) and Tino Sidler (CHE), then Christofer El Feghali (LBN) and Kenzo Craigie (GBR). Comyn had escaped 8 tenths behind the battle of the pack in which Sidler led from El Feghali, Craigie and Pradier on the fifth lap. Hamza Al Fayez (ARE) was 10th +14 places. Pradier came back to P2 on lap 7, while Craigie was 6th behind Luca Houghton (BHR). The situation on the penultimate lap seemed to favour the French as Houghton was 3rd ahead of Sidler and El Feghali. Comyn was the winner 1.8″ ahead of Pradier. Houghton took 3rd place 8 tenths further back, El Feghali finished 4th at 1.5”, followed by Max Walton (AUS). Luka Scelles (FRA) was 12th.
