Poleman Sebastien Lehtimaki (Tony Kart/TM) proved to be very solid during the Qualifying Heats of the Champions of the Future Euro Series at Val d’Argenton. With three wins from five rounds, he controlled two-time winner Filippo Sala (LN/TM) and the comeback of Dries van Langendonck (Exprit/TM) with his three victories. Kacper Rajpold (Tony Kart/TM) followed in 4th place ahead of Kenzo Craigie (KR/Iame). Two drivers made good progress in 6th and 7th positions: Kosei Oguma (KR/Iame) +9 places and Rocco Coronel (KR/Iame) +11 places. Devin Walz (Exprit/TM) moved up from 4th to 8th place ahead of Niklas Schaufler (KR/Iame) and Jack Illife (Parolin/TM)/ Borys Lyzen (Sodi/TM) was having a celebration in 11th place, with an increase of 21 places, followed by Joel Pohjola (Tony Kart/Vortex) +25 places. Aloïs Girardet (Energy/TM) climbed from 43rd to 19th place, ahead of William Calleja (Parolin/TM), who didn’t have much luck. Dean Hoogendoorn (KR/Iame) held on to 22nd place ahead of Iacopo Martinese (KR/Iame) +24 places. Christian Costoya (Parolin/TM) was having a series of problems in 34th place. Louis Cochet (KR/Iame) had lost ground in 42nd position, while Theo Battisti (Sodi/TM) was 55th. The competition was already over for Matéo Rivals (Sodi/TM) 83rd and Thomas Pradier (KR/Iame) 87th.
