Following Nicolas Deschaux’s announcement that he was leaving to take up a new position at the Circuit Paul Ricard, the Management Committee elected a new Chairman.
Pierre Goselin was elected President of the FFSA.
The members of the Management Committee paid tribute to Nicolas Deschaux’s vision and commitment to motor sport during his four terms at the head of the Federation.
Pierre Gosselin:
“On behalf of the Management Committee, I would like to express our sincere gratitude and best wishes for the success of Nicolas Deschaux in his new role at the Circuit Paul Ricard.
We are delighted to know that he will continue to work for the development and promotion of French motor sport.
Nicolas’ ongoing ambition for motor sport and karting has enabled us to reach an all-time high in the number of licensed drivers. The success of our high-level sector, combined with the good health of our national championships, must be credited to his actions, and make our Federation an example at international level.”
